Here are our top three activities for the kids to do this month.

 

From Sketches to Stories is an exhibition of two children’s books, an insight into the picture book and visual imagination. Part of the Chatswood Library’s Creative Week at The Art Space on the Concourse. Snugglepot and Cuddlepie is a series of books written by Australian author May Gibbs. Chronicle adventures of the magical bush tale comes to life on stage. These gumnut babies are on a mission and along the journey they will encounter the big city, friends and foes. Who doesn’t love Penguins? The Penguin Island Exhibition at Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour is a fun and interactive ride. Travel in a raft through a rugged, sub-Antarctic  environment and get up close with these tiny tuxedos. Sydney Sealife Aquarium, 1800 199 657

 

Designed for weekend breaks with friends and families who want the comfort of being in a home. The Sebel Chatswood is the perfect spot if you are heading in to the city. Only a 20 minute train ride from Chatswood station you can discover more of Sydney’s entertainment hub.
